Landing on Gold Beach ‘King Green Sector’ West of Ver-Sur-Mer. Having cleared the beach and now pushing on to Mont Fleury battery.

1st and second Platoons reach the Dragons Teeth. This was actually an Anti Tank ditch on D Day. 3rd Platoon arrives in support.
CSM Attacks the bunker through a smoke screen laid down by Platoon 2" mortar.
Think they took too long packing to get away.
Shocked,pinned and casualties.
Flanking the trenches.
CSM Hollis takes prisoners.
Armoured support arrives from the beach.
German front line collapses.
Advancing through the Rhubarb patch.
Called it a day at this point. Trenches captured and British infantry pushing on to outflank the battery.
